Banking

I’m normally not too picky about my banking. So long as it keeps my money, it’s good. Right now I’ve got a situation where I would really like to have some cash right now. I need an amount that is larger than what I can get at an ATM. My bank, Royal Bank, advertises being open Saturdays, and having evening hours. So, I go online to their branch locater, select ‘Open Saturdays’ and ‘Evening Hours’ near Maple Ridge, BC. Here’s what it returns:

That’s right, nearest bank open evenings and saturdays is 633 kms away from here.

So, what bank do you guys use? Do they have some good features/services? TD and Van City are both close to my house, any opinions on them?

Well, I have officially decided to write a blog and attempt to update it regularly!  I would like to cover the topics that I enjoy, such as climbing, programming, photography, various weird projects that I decide to take on, and many other things that will probably change on a weekly basis.

In the interest of keeping tags and categories up to date and accurate, I will be ending this post here.  Another 1 or 2 should be coming shortly!
